What data do we process?

When you submit a request we process: your name, email address, phone number, postcode and house number, and the job details you provide (such as property type and desired services).

We also process technical data needed to keep the site secure, such as a temporary IP address for abuse prevention.

What do we use your data for?

Solely to fulfil your request: we share it with up to 3 vetted professionals in your region so they can contact you with a price indication. This happens on the basis of your explicit consent when submitting.

We never sell your data and never use it for unsolicited marketing.

How long do we keep your data?

Requests are anonymised after completion according to our retention policy. Anonymised data (without name or contact details) is used for market statistics such as average prices per region.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. Email info@cvmonteurhulp.nl. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

We do not show a cookie banner because we place nothing that requires consent: no tracking or marketing cookies. We only use functional storage in your own browser (such as temporarily saving your request) and cookieless visitor statistics (Plausible) without personal data. If you start the live chat yourself, it stores a functional session token from that moment so your conversation is preserved.

Should we ever want to place advertising or analytics cookies, we will first ask for your consent via a cookie banner.
